Use Water Wisely Poster Contest
In coordination with the California Water
Awareness Campaign, Water Awareness Month
and the District's water education
program, the TPWD held its second annual poster contest. The purpose of the contest
was to promote public awareness about water conservation and
protection. The contest was open to all 4th, 5th and
6th grade students in the Twentynine Palms area.
Prizes were awarded as follows:

Contest prizes were kindly sponsored by the Morongo Basin Conservation Association.
All winning posters will be on display at
the District offices as well as featured on this website as a way to celebrate and promote water conservation and
